MEADOWCROFT …… earth, water, sun, forest, …. to be…..
…. The sun WILL come out tomorrow….
…. Bet your bottom dollar that tomorrow, there’ll be sun ….
…. Just thinking about tomorrow, clears away the cobwebs and the sorrow…
…. Till there’s none….
…. Tomorrow, tomorrow I’ll love ya tomorrow you’re only a day away!

This song has been sung at the end of each day at Meadowcroft to encourage every child to believe in tomorrow!

Meadowcroft started in 1936 under the Direction of Pauline Wayne of Hingham. We purchased the camp in 1976. We cherish every year and all the awards naming us the best camp on the south shore on behalf of your belief in our program. Thank you, thank you. Now the time has come for our tomorrow.  Jim and Eileen Kelly have decided to retire Meadowcroft Day Camp. It’s been a very difficult decision but now is our time.

We are grateful for all the wonderful children you have sent to Meadowcroft since 1976 and we look forward to seeing each and every one of them as they become great adults! We hope that as your children grow they remember what we say “THE ONLY PERSON WHO STOPS YOU IS YOURSELF” and that they never stop believing in tomorrow!

Meadowcroft is closing but that doesn’t mean that we won’t see each of you around the south shore. We have been accredited by and respect the values of the American Camping Association and have had an association with MassCamps  www.masscamps.com  for all these years. We know they will help you all find more summer fun for your children.

Once again we thank you so very much for your belief and support,

Jim and Eileen Kelly - Jim@Meadowcroftcamp.com
